1. How long will it take to receive my order?

We offer free standard shipping on orders over $200.

3. When will my order be processed?

Processing time does not include weekends or public holidays. During busy seasons or promotions, processing may take slightly longer.

4. How can I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Tracking information may take 24 to 72 hours to update after the package has been shipped.

5. Can I cancel or change my order?
