Return Window
We accept eligible return requests within 30 days after delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Unused, unworn, and in its original condition
- In the original packaging
- Free from damage, stains, odors, or signs of use
- Returned with proof of purchase or order confirmation
Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted for return.
How to Request a Return

Please do not send your item back without contacting us first. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Return Shipping
For returns due to personal reasons, such as a change of mind, incorrect size selection, or no longer wanting the item, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
If the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label. After review, we may offer a replacement, refund, or other appropriate solution.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us at support@zoedawn.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will review your case and provide further instructions.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged, defective, or incorrect item
- Photos of the outer package and shipping label
- A brief description of the issue
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund unless they arrive damaged or incorrect:
- Items that have been worn, used, altered, or damaged after delivery
- Items without original packaging
- Final sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
- Custom, personalized, or made-to-order items, if applicable
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email whether the refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow several business days for your bank, credit card provider, or payment processor to complete the refund.
Original shipping fees, if any, are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error, such as a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
Exchanges
We do not guarantee direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, we recommend requesting a return for the eligible item and placing a new order separately after your return is approved.
Order Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided the order has not already been processed or shipped.
If your order has already been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled. You may request a return after receiving the item if it meets our return conditions.
Return Address
Please contact us before returning any item. The return address will be provided after your return request is approved.
Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
