Shipping Area

We currently ship to available service areas shown at checkout.

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect, incomplete, or unavailable shipping information.

Processing Time

Orders are usually processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment is confirmed.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

During peak seasons, holidays, promotions, or periods of high order volume, processing time may be slightly longer.

We offer standard shipping.

We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders over $200.

The free shipping threshold is calculated based on the order subtotal after discounts and before taxes or other fees, unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Please allow some time for the tracking information to update after the carrier receives the package.

Shipping Delays

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, delays may occasionally occur due to:

Lost or Missing Packages

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please first check with your local carrier, neighbors, front desk, mailroom, or household members.

If you still cannot locate the package, contact us at support@zoedawn.com with your order number, and we will help review the issue.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged item
  • Photos of the outer packaging
  • Photos of the shipping label

We will review the issue and provide an appropriate solution according to our Refund Policy.
